Who is Depoledger for?
Small US court-reporting agencies that book depositions, send freelance reporters, bill law firms and pay reporters. If your office has one to a few people doing that work, it is built for you.
What does it cost?
$199 a month per agency, with unlimited office users, the law-firm portal and the reporter portal included. Depoledger is free during the beta. We will tell you before anything is charged.
Can I start without a sales call?
Yes. Create your agency, import your firms and reporters from CSV files, and book your first job. You can also open a demo agency full of made-up jobs first, no signup needed.
How do I move from ReporterBase, Solaria or RepAgencyWorks?
Export your lists to CSV in your current system and upload them in Depoledger under Settings, Import. ReporterBase can export any results grid to CSV on both of its plans. Rate cards you set up once in Depoledger; ReporterBase's own bulk import does not take rates either.
How do copy orders work?
When a transcript is delivered, every counsel of record on the case who has not ordered gets an email with the page count and price. One click places the order and it lands on its own invoice for that firm.
What does notice-to-job read from the notice?
Drop the notice of deposition PDF and Depoledger fills a draft job: case caption and number, witness, date, time, location and the attorneys it finds. You check the draft and save it.
How does a reporter accept a job?
You pick reporters and Depoledger emails each one an offer. The first one to click accept gets the job, and the others see that it is taken. No app to install.
Do law firms need a password?
No. Firms get a sign-in link by email and see their jobs, transcripts and invoices in the law-firm portal.
Can firms pay by card online?
Not today. You record checks and ACH payments in Depoledger. For COD firms, the transcript stays locked until the invoice is paid.
Does Depoledger send text messages?
Not today. Offers, confirmations and copy-order offers go by email.
Can Depoledger look up the case for me?
Federal case lookup is coming soon. Today the notice fills the case for you, or you type it once and every later job on that case reuses it.
Does it work with QuickBooks and e-billing?
Depoledger exports invoices and payments for QuickBooks, and invoices in LEDES format for insurance e-billing.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export everything to CSV at any time. Invoices and reports also download as PDF.
Where is my data stored?
With Vercel (hosting) and Neon (Postgres database). The region is set when the app is deployed.
Who do I contact?
Email ravidefroni@gmail.com.
