Terms
These terms apply when your agency uses Depoledger. By creating an account you agree to them.
The beta
Depoledger is in beta and free to use. After the beta the price is $199 a month per agency. We will email you before anything is charged, and you can leave before that.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only add people who work for or with your agency.
Your data
Your agency owns the data it puts into Depoledger. You can export it to CSV at any time. You are responsible for having the right to store it, including data about law firms, witnesses and reporters.
Your numbers
Depoledger calculates invoices and pay from the rates you enter. Check invoices and pay statements before you send or pay them. We are not responsible for amounts that come from wrong rates or data.
What we do not promise
We work to keep Depoledger running and your data safe, but during the beta it is provided as is, without uptime guarantees. Keep your own exports of anything you cannot lose.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We can close an account that misuses Depoledger, and we will give you a chance to export your data first unless the law stops us.
