This page says what data Depoledger keeps, why, where it is stored and how to get it out or deleted.
Who we are
Depoledger is run by Ravid Efroni. Contact: ravidefroni@gmail.com.
What we store
- Your account: name, email, a hashed password, your agency name.
- What your agency enters or imports: firms, attorneys, reporters, cases, jobs, rate cards, invoices, payments, pay statements and files you upload, such as notices and transcripts.
- Basic usage events, such as signup and demo start, and the tracking code from a link you clicked.
Your agency decides what goes in. For that data, your agency is responsible for it and we process it on your behalf.
Why
Only to run Depoledger for your agency: show your data, send the emails you ask Depoledger to send (offers, copy-order offers, invoices, sign-in links) and improve the product. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
In the United States: Vercel (hosting and file storage) and Neon (Postgres database), both in the Washington, D.C. region (us-east-1). Files such as transcripts are stored privately and are only served to signed-in users or through the links you send. Email is sent through Resend, also from the United States.
Who can see it
- Your office users.
- Law firms and reporters, but only what you share with them through their portal or an email link.
- Us, when needed to fix a problem you report.
Getting your data out, and deleting it
Export everything to CSV at any time. To delete your agency and its data, email us from the account email address.
